'GODONOS' Lava Monster - Concept Art

Description

Another one of my homework assignments on my course at Uni was to create a lava monster after following a tutorial. We were supposed to come up with a completely new idea but I was so inspired by Method Studios job on the character Kronos (from the film Wrath of the Titans), that I created a similar design from a 'worms eye view' of a colossal giant (taking about 14 hours in Photoshop). I also called it GOD-O-NOS!
